Accounting System Implementation Support
We implement accounting systems that work in practice, not just on paper. Starting from your business model and reporting needs, we select the software, configure it for UAE and KSA tax, set up documentation and workflows, and train your team — with readiness for UAE e-invoicing built in.
Why Biz Easy
Scope of services
1. Business and requirements review
We start by understanding your business model, transaction flows and accounting requirements, including inventory management and reporting to head office.
2. Software selection
We recommend the software that best fits your size and plans, choosing from solutions accredited by the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), such as Zoho Books, as well as major ERPs.
3. Configuration for UAE and KSA tax
Chart of accounts, tax codes and settings for VAT and Corporate Tax in the UAE, and VAT and Zakat in Saudi Arabia.
4. Documentation and workflows
Designing the documentation system and approval workflows that support accurate entries and a clean audit trail.
5. Reporting
Customising management and group reports where required and possible, so that the system supports decision-making.
6. Training and go-live
Training your in-house accounting staff and supporting the first closes after go-live.
7. E-invoicing readiness
Connecting your accounting system to an Accredited Service Provider (ASP), mapping data fields and testing transmissions for UAE e-invoicing.
8. Ongoing accounting support
Monthly bookkeeping, VAT filing and Corporate Tax support on the new system, if you would like us to continue after implementation.
Preparing for UAE e-invoicing
The UAE is introducing mandatory e-invoicing in phases. Under the current schedule, businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more go live from 1 January 2027, and other businesses from 1 July 2027. Whichever path you take, the work of connecting the accounting system to an ASP remains with the business.
Option 1: Keep the current system
Many major accounting and ERP packages can connect to an ASP without replacement. Whether the required data fields can be output depends on the product and version.
Option 2: Connect through a connector
Where the current system cannot connect directly, a connector sits in between — useful when the head office global ERP cannot be modified.
Option 3: Move to a compatible system
Where keeping the current system is not cost-effective, we migrate the data after confirming consistency with existing accounting treatment.
