Notice of Office Relocation and Website Launch for Our Japan Subsidiary
Biz Easy Japan Co., LTD. relocated its registered office to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo on 4 August 2026, and also launched a dedicated website for the Japan subsidiary at the end of August 2026. We are pleased to share both updates below.

We are pleased to announce that Biz Easy Japan Co., LTD. relocated its registered office as detailed below, effective 4 August 2026, and that the relocation has been duly registered. In addition, we launched a new official website dedicated to our Japan subsidiary at the end of August 2026.
We remain committed to further improving our services following this move, and we look forward to your continued guidance and support.
Background to the Move
Our Japan subsidiary had previously been based within a coworking space. With an eye toward future business expansion, we made the decision to move into a dedicated, private office. At the same time, we relocated to a location with better access for meeting and collaborating with client companies in person.

Launch of Our Japan Subsidiary Website
We also launched a new official website for Biz Easy Japan Co., LTD. at the end of August 2026. Going forward, we will share our services and the latest updates from our Japan subsidiary through this new site.
Important Notice Regarding Mail to Our Former Address
Our former office (Shinjuku Center Building) was vacated as of 31 August 2026, and we are no longer able to receive or forward mail sent there. Please note that any mail or parcels sent to the former address on or after 1 September 2026 will not reach us.
We apologise for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you update our address in your records as soon as possible, including invoicing details, business cards on file, and any registered addresses in your systems.
